The OÜ Marhena legal company  was establish in 1992 – during the period when Estonia began to introduce a visa, issue residence permits, citizenship, and issue passports for foreigners and Estonian citizens.

Our company was one of the first to begin providing legal assistance to the population on these issues; this  is the main activity of the our company to our days.
