At this stage, we find out the specific goals of our client and, based on the information received, develop the most suitable option for document preparation, determine the preliminary cost and timing of our services.

Collection and analysis of submitted documents

To obtain a residence permit in Estonia, the client provides us with copies of the necessary documents, as well as personal data – answering our questionnaires, on the basis of which we determine the client’s chances of a positive result and specify the costing of the work and the processing time.

Our clients can be confident in the safety and confidentiality of the personal data provided to us.

  • Conclusion of the Legal Assistance Agreement

If the client agrees to begin preparing the documents, we send him by email or through his representative for review a draft Legal Assistance Agreement, which specifies the terms of preparing the documents, our and the client’s responsibilities, stages, cost of services, etc. The Client signs the Agreement and makes payment for services in accordance with the conditions specified in the Agreement.

Making the documents

After receiving payment, we begin processing the client’s documents in accordance with the Agreement. We prepare a complete package of documents for the application and submit them to the client for personal submission at the Estonian Consulate abroad, or at the Police and Border Guard Department (hereinafter referred to as the DPP) in Estonia.

Submitting an application

It is carried out in person by the client at the Estonian representative office abroad, or (if legally located in Estonia) at the Migration Department in Estonia, with the client providing fingerprints. We must remember that you need to make an appointment by phone or e-mail for an appointment with the consul to submit documents, as well as book a time at the Migration Department. It is necessary to reserve time for each package of documents (including children’s) and it is worth taking into account the queue for submitting documents.

Informing the client and advising him about the progress of the application consideration process at the Migration Police

In the process of finding documents in the commission, we represent the client’s interests by proxy in the Migration Police on all issues that arise, and also participate in the preparation of answers and provision of additional documentation in case of additional requests from the migration authorities.

Guarantees

The decision to register a company is made by the Goverment Register, and the decision to issue a residence permit is made by the Estonian Police and Border Guard Department. The client must understand that our office cannot influence decisions made by Migration Department employees. For our part, we guarantee the quality of our work on paperwork, and also bear financial responsibility to the client in the event of a failure to complete the paperwork through our fault, if there is irrefutable evidence of this.
